Shipment

We are pleased to offer our products within the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). We ship from Germany and place great emphasis on the fast and safe delivery of your orders.

Our delivery is based on the “first come, first served” principle. This means that orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. We guarantee that all orders received by [insert date] will arrive in time before December 24.

Shipping costs

• Germany: We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 for delivery within Germany.
• Austria: We charge a flat shipping fee of €34.90 for delivery to Austria.
• Switzerland: We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €79.90 for delivery to Switzerland.

Customs duties and taxes

• Austria: All orders to Austria are sent tax-free.
• Switzerland: Orders to Switzerland are also sent tax-free.

Payment methods

We offer the following secure payment methods:

• PayPal: Use your PayPal account for a quick and easy payment.
• Stripe: Pay conveniently and securely by credit card through our payment provider Stripe.

Important information on returns

Please note that returns are not possible as our sales are exclusively B2B (business-to-business) transactions. All sales are binding. We therefore recommend that you check your order carefully before completing the purchase.
