The user-centred wireless connection with push-to-talk button directly on the joystick enables hands-free and interference-free communication. This saves a lot of time: Nobody has to deal with incomprehensible radio signals or the constant switching on and off of machines and radios. This not only increases efficiency, but also optimises the workflow and coordination.

Moreover, barrier-free communication avoids communication problems and thus accidents and errors. Calls can also be answered without interrupting work with the machine. In this way, recalm enables an unprecedented level of teamwork, work safety and productivity!

According to the Swiss Accident Insurance Act (UVG), the profession of forest warden is the most dangerous profession in Switzerland. Workers can be hit and trapped by trunks and branches, fall from trees, slip with a chainsaw or simply trip and fall. There is hardly a job with more potential dangers. At most in construction.

In order to make work in the forest safer, forest warden and harvester operator Lorenz Rieder relies on the ANCOR communication system and thus on a solution that actively minimises noise while also enabling reliable communication. After all, this is vital in day-to-day work.

Our noise reduction of more than 50% protects the hearing of machine operators and minimises health risks. Proven long-term consequences of high noise exposure, such as hearing damage, cardiovascular diseases or an increased risk of mental illness, are avoided and stress levels are reduced overall.

Your employees’ quality of life is significantly improved and their enjoyment of their work is noticeably enhanced. This not only takes the pressure off the individual, but also the entire team. Fewer absences due to illness and greater satisfaction improve not only productivity but also the ability to plan the working day.

New radio module from recalm in use with walking excavator operator Martin Simon for the Bavarian State Forests in the English Garden. The new recalm ANCOR radio module can be combined with all common radio solutions. All common radio standards are supported, from CB and company radio to 3M LiteCom. Machine operators can communicate freely with the control centre, other drivers and colleagues.

The active noise cancellation of the recalm ANCOR remains active during the radio process so that the machine noise in the low-frequency range is further reduced. This significantly improves the voice quality via radio.

We enable the creation of a customised working environment. With our audio solution, machine operators can not only freely determine their entertainment, but also control how much external noise should be filtered out. This enhances the workplace as a whole and promotes well-being.

With these personalisation options, employees not only feel valued, but can also identify better with their work and the company. This takes a lot of pressure off the drivers. This leads to improved employee loyalty – because those who are happy at their workplace do not look around for alternatives.
